Naseby Road, Clayhall

This project involved the design of a new five-bedroom detached dwelling on an underutilised side garden plot in Clayhall. The proposal included a dormer loft conversion, private amenity space and off-street parking, transforming unused land into a valuable residential development.

B.E.L Group managed the project from the initial concept through to the planning submission, preparing the architectural design and supporting documents required to secure planning permission while ensuring the new dwelling complemented the surrounding residential area.
