The Avenue, Bushey

This garage conversion project in Bushey involved converting the existing garage into a new dining room to create additional living space within the home.

B.E.L Group prepared the architectural design and obtained a Lawful Development Certificate to confirm that the proposed works could proceed lawfully without the need for a full planning application.

The external alterations were carefully designed to match the appearance of the existing detached house and integrate naturally with the surrounding residential area.

Following approval, we also prepared the Building Regulations drawings, technical specifications & structural calculations required for construction, helping the client progress the project from initial design through to the technical stage.
