Project Overview
This project involved the change of use of an existing basement storage area into a minicab office falling within Sui Generis use. The proposal also increased the basement headroom to 2.4 metres to create a practical and usable commercial space, while the existing fast-food premises remained in operation above.
B.E.L Group prepared the architectural drawings, planning statement and application submission. We also dealt with the Section 106 agreement required to secure the development as car-free.
