Devons Road, Bow

This project involved obtaining planning permission for the change of use of an existing grocery shop from Class A1 (now Class E) to a café, together with Advertisement Consent for new external signage.

B.E.L Group prepared the architectural drawings, planning statement and managed the planning application. We also worked closely with third-party consultants to develop a suitable ventilation and extraction system, ensuring the proposal met the Council's environmental health requirements.
