This project involved obtaining a Certificate of Lawful Existing Use to confirm that the property had been continuously used as three self-contained flats for the required four-year period.

B.E.L Group worked closely with the client to review and organise the available evidence, presenting it to the Council in a clear and structured way. We also prepared the architectural drawings and planning statement in support of the application.

The Council granted the certificate, confirming the lawful use of the property as three separate self-contained flats.
