Project Overview
This project was completed in two stages. The first stage included a ground-floor rear extension, dormer loft conversion, garage conversion into a habitable room and a dropped kerb application to create a new driveway.
Following approval, B.E.L Group prepared a further application to convert the property from a single dwelling into two self-contained flats. Each flat was designed with its own private entrance and rear garden, allowing both homes to function independently.
