Project Overview
This project involved securing planning permission for a new three-bedroom end-of-terrace dwelling on an underused side garden plot in Ilford.
B.E.L Group prepared the planning drawings, supporting documents and application submission through to approval. Following the grant of planning permission, we also completed the Building Regulations package and structural design required for construction.
The proposal made effective use of the available land while providing a new family home with private amenity space and off-street parking.
